• Registration Requirement – Individuals and organizations must register in the CGP before handling controlled goods.

 

• Security Assessments – Companies must conduct background checks on personnel who will access controlled goods.

 

• Compliance with United States government International Traffic  of Arms Regulations ( “ITAR”)  The program aligns with the United States International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to regulate All items of United States origin for defense equipment and related articles.

 

• Strict Transfer Rules – Controlled goods cannot be transferred to unauthorized individuals or foreign entities without approval.
